GAAHHH!

SO "good" news, I basically want to quit my job. I'm sick of being treated like crap and being taken for granted. I'm sorry but that is just not worth the tiny amount of bucks that I'm making. I think I'd much rather have my dignity than have a couple of nothing dollars in my bank account. Today pretty much just drew the line that I either need to A. Quit and find a new a job or B. start school full time and still find a new job. What I would really love to do is coach this...

"This" being coaching cheer. I would seriously do anything to be able to coach and quit my stupid job. Anyways, just an update.
What did we learn? My job sucks, I want to quit and some how find a way to coach cheer. The end.

Inspired for "change!?"

Well yes, I have conformed to "change!" And that change being...my blog background :) Bree inspired me to do after her post on changing some things of her own. After I read that I couldn't stand to look at my background anymore! So I finally changed it, after hours or template searching, I found one that I think I like? Let me know what you think? Better or worse?

In other news, Conryd is now in his 3rd week of school at BYU and doing great. He's studying all the time, which I hate but can't make him not study. He's putting a lot of time into his school work which is great to see. He's really enjoying it and keeping up in all of his classes so far, so I'm quite proud of my little "cougar." As for me, I'm still working and trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. Suggestions would be great!

Not much else is going on in our lives as of right now. If any of you are looking for some good movies to watch may i suggest Ghost Town, The House Bunny (I know it looked super lame but it's actually hilarious), and Horton Hears a Who. They're all surprisingly funny. But if you watch them, and end up hating them...don't blame me! Oh yeah I just found out that Kate (my cousin) started her photography business, I think it's hers? But a few of our engagement photos are on her website. So we're like pretty much famous :) She's really talented when it comes to anything "artsy". Here's her link if you guys would like to check out some of her stuff.

Oh yes, and here is our Salvesen family photo...

This photo made me decide that it's time to start losing that "Holiday" weight.

Good night!

Finally, a Christmas update!

Merry (late) Christmas and Happy (late) New Year! I hope everyone enjoyed their time off of work. I know I did :)

So Christmas this year was just wonderful...although I don't think anything could have beaten last years Christmas! Conryd and I were able to fly out to CA to see my WHOLE family! I was so excited to finally see my sister and her baby, "Baby Elle."

We spent the week in San Diego, but unfortunately we hit rainy weather. But in the end it all worked out...seeing as how I was practically paralyzed (no joke) for half the week. It was super depressing, I threw my back out. Yes I know, I am only 20 years old but I felt like a 90 year old woman. I had literally never felt so helpless before in my life. It all started off with me lying on the floor and not being able to get up again. I cried my eyes out for about 3 hours out of frustration and pain. My dad and Conryd finally gave me a blessing and within the next 20 minutes or so I was finally able to stand up-ish, and make it next door to our house, up the stairs, down the hall, and FINALLY into our bed. And then once I was in bed, I was pretty much stuck there for 2 days, no joke. Conryd was so so soooo good to me. He brought me food in bed, rolled me over when it was time, heated up my heat pack, and pretty much catered to my every need. It was so sweet.

Anywhoooo, Christmas was amazing! We went to Sea World, which was surprisingly better than I thought it was going to be. I think I want to become a dolphin trainer now :) It was cute to see Cadence play and just be amazed by everything! San Diego, although paralyzed for most of the trip, was a lot of fun! Thank you mommy and daddy.

Going home was so great, but also a bad thing because it just made me miss everything about it. My family, my house, the warmer weather, my dog, the nail forum :) and so much more! I'm hoping we'll be able to make it out there soon but I doubt that will happen, especially with Conryd's harsh school schedule. I think we'll be stuck in Utah forever! LAME! Well now comes the part to post pictures and a cute little video of my new-ish niece, Elle.
