OBSESSED!

I am so obsessed with this puppy...

Is he not the cutest thing you've ever seen?! He's seriously taken over my life for the past 3 days! He's all I think about, dream about, and obsess over! I'm so mad I found him because now I HAVE to have him :) I've been begging the hubbster to let him let me get him, but he says no :( And I understand because our living situation isn't ideal for another dog, but how can you say no to that face! I'm seriously obsessed with this pup and I want him! Ha sadly, it's really hard for me accept the fact that the hubby said "NO!" because I've pretty much always gotten what I want ha. I've never accepted that word...and I don't want to start now. So if everyone would like to pitch in ideas on how I can achieve this dream pup I would greatly appreciate that, although I'm pretty sure the hubby won't appreciate this post :)

And in the spirit of being puppy hungry, here a few more pictures of some cute cute cute puppies!

Cute huh?!

Special Olympics

So Bree got on my case about updating my blog, and since Conryd is at work (working on looking like this)

for the next hour and a half, I figured this would be the perfect time to update it.
So the hubby was FINALLY able to get a job and started about 3 weeks ago. He works 11 hours a day, 6 days a week. When we said he needed a job, boy did he get one! I'm so proud of all of his hard work that he puts into it. And he is so sweet, he went out in public looking like this to buy me flowers that I absolutely LOVED!! What a sweetheart he is. Gotta love that boy!
Updated news: Two weeks ago the Special Olympics was held here in Provo and our school was given the opportunity to go and do hair (updos and styling) for the event. I've always wanted to go and volunteer but never really got the information to do so, so when this came up, i made sure I was on the event team that went to do it. It was so fun! The athletes were so sweet. And since there was only a small group of 6 or 7 that went, it gave us a chance to get to know some more people at the school. I didn't take a lot of pictures, or any except for 1, b/c I'm too embarrassed to pull out my super ghetto camera and it doesn't help that batteries literally only last for like for 2 minutes but anyways, here's my only picture of the day

On the left is a girl named Joe, then Cam, Robyn, and myself.
So funny story about this girl Joe. After the Olympics were over and I went home, I had this random flash back of Joe, but she looked COMPLETELY different! I saw her with long brown hair, glasses, and wearing one of those long beach wrap arounds that used to be super popular. So I thought about it everyday for like a week and could not figure out where I knew her from. I thought maybe I met her in Hawaii like 10 years ago. So I ran into her at school and asked her if she had ever been and she said no. Well as I was driving home from school it hit me. She went to Ethiopia with our family 7 years ago, our first expediation ever. So I asked her if she had ever been and she said yes and then it hit her too that she recognized me and remembered. Anyways, long story, but I found it so random and really, how small is this world?! Crazy!
And in other news, it's been so stormy here! Look at what it's done in the past week...

Just kidding, that was from winter, of course. I'm just glad it's been raining and NOT doing that!
Lastly, I'm so excited because I'll be going to Texas at the end of July for MissE's 1st birthday! And I pretty much only have exactly one year left of school! Woohoo! Have a great weekend!
